Over a decade of hands-on delivery across supply chain, digital platforms, SaaS, IoT, and blockchain. I've led as a Product Owner at Apple (Music & Shazam), driven integrated business process platform rollouts at PepsiCo, and managed global PMO programs for Japan Tobacco International. I hold a PMP from PMI and PSM I from Scrum.org — not as badges, but because I use these frameworks daily.

More recently, I've been applying LLM and AI tooling to process optimization challenges: automating workflows, reducing cycle times, and helping teams work smarter without adding headcount. This is where product management and the new generation of AI tools converge, and it's where I add the most leverage for clients right now.
