I approach community management as a living presence, not just a marketing lever. My role isn't to create posts or replace existing teams, but to make a brand exist at the heart of conversations: responding to users, interacting with them, understanding their references, following cultural news, trends, buzzes, and viral moments where attention is already massive. I intervene continuously to ensure the brand is never absent from the internet: responding, exchanging, making people smile, helping, intelligently relaying certain interactions, commenting on relevant news, and evolving the brand at the same pace as the internet and its uses. This approach, inspired by American models (Netflix, Starbucks, major cultural brands), transforms a brand into a human and identifiable entity, close to its community. Interactions become content, responses are shared, captured, talked about, and create lasting attachment to the brand. Additionally, I bring a strategic and creative vision derived from constant observation of what truly works online and in the US: ideas for formats, video trends, organic or advertising campaign concepts, communication angles, or offers designed to create conversation without falling into classic marketing. I work exclusively on major social platforms (X / Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) with a simple logic: make the brand alive, accessible, and naturally desirable on the internet. 👉 A portfolio detailing this vision and its concrete applications is available upon request. (I also master current social media and digital tools, including the use of AI, Canva, Meta tools, and video/visual content editing when necessary)
