I work on projects before architecture begins — at the stage where key decisions shape their outcome.

I help define what should be built before the design process begins:

— identify the highest and best use of land

— structure the development scenario

— test assumptions and constraints

— reveal risks early

This is rarely about drawings.

It is almost always about underlying logic.

I also step in when a project gets stuck — to define the next move.

With 20+ years of experience in public buildings, large-scale masterplans and complex reconstruction projects, I have led multidisciplinary teams from concept to commissioning — and seen where projects succeed or fail.

Today, I work exclusively at this early stage.

Background:

Co-founder of Masterkaya KSP (2013–2025), an architectural bureau focused on complex public projects, urban environments and master planning.

In parallel, I develop tools and systems:

— EMA — a decision-support system for home adaptation.

We analyse how people actually live in their homes, identify spatial risks and behavioural patterns, and produce clear, actionable adaptation plans — building a framework for long-term housing adaptation.

— Ant Road Planner — software for analysing and designing pedestrian systems in urban environments.

I have a particular interest in museums and exhibitions — as a form of spatial narrative and system design.

I usually join projects when the logic is not yet clear.
