I have many years of experience in IT project management as well as in coordinating complex digitization and product development projects. I combine strategic thinking with strong operational implementation skills and quickly familiarize myself with new topics, systems, and processes.

I support you with, among other things:

My asynchronous way of working allows me to flexibly take on many tasks and deliver results on time – without requiring constant coordination. My goal is not only to reliably implement projects and operational processes but also to make them sustainably more efficient.

I support companies on a project-by-project basis, hourly, or as long-term remote reinforcement – wherever experienced project management competence with high operational implementation strength is required.
