Design and development of the data infrastructure and acquisition opportunity analysis for Vesta.eco (greentech SaaS). I primarily developed in Python, with an architecture connected to all company data sources.

Key contributions:

MCP CLI & server: Development of a Python CLI tool (MCP server) connected to all company data sources, with design of the context layer to serve the right data at the right time to AI workflows, ensuring reliable and actionable data without hallucinations. Main use case: technical SEO analysis via Google Search Console, including detection of keyword cannibalization.

Analytics: Design of the PostHog analytics architecture on a multi-domain Next.js setup (marketing site and app), with instrumentation of user journeys and product funnels.

Programmatic SEO Study: Assessment of the feasibility and acquisition potential from the site's reference database, with a reasoned go/no-go recommendation on the quality and convertibility of generated traffic, prior to any development.

Contribution to the development of Yield Booking, a revenue management platform for the hotel and outdoor hospitality industry (hotels, campsites). The application collects competitor pricing data to help revenue managers set optimal prices to maximize booking rates. Platform deployed on Kubernetes, composed of a front-end, a back-end, and a distributed scraping engine.

Key contributions:

Scraper: Contribution to the development of the JavaScript scraping engine (Puppeteer), responsible for collecting competitor pricing data.

Architecture Overhaul: Design of a scraping system overhaul to replace a shared queue model on Kubernetes, where collection delays increased with volume, with an elastic compute architecture on AWS (on-demand EC2 instances), featuring task orchestration designed to space out requests per target site and optimize throughput, respect anti-bot limits, and proxy costs.

Back-end: Updates and improvements to the back-end, including optimization of the queue system.

Design and development of the backend systems for Pasqal's cloud platform (a French unicorn in quantum computing), enabling the submission and execution of jobs on quantum computers and emulators. I primarily developed in Python (FastAPI, SQLAlchemy) and Go, on a distributed infrastructure deployed in Kubernetes, with PostgreSQL and Redis.

Key contributions:

Authentication: Implementation of the initial authentication system, then management of the migration to a new solution, ensuring backward compatibility for existing users and the public SDK.

Queue & Scheduling System: Design and maintenance of the queue system distributing jobs to QPUs and emulators, including schedulers responsible for prioritization, resource allocation, and large-scale job lifecycle tracking.

Billing: Development of the billing layer: consumption tracking (compute time, resources), cost calculation, and integration with the rest of the platform.

REST API: Creation and evolution of REST endpoints exposed to clients and consumed by the public Python SDK, with a focus on API contract stability and documentation.

Public SDK: Maintenance and evolution of the Python SDK distributed to external users.

Infra & DevOps: Contribution to Docker/Kubernetes infrastructure, CI/CD, and service observability.
