Mila Nikolova

I have 18 years of experience at the intersection of business strategy, marketing, and sales.

I have worked as a freelance consultant for several tech startups based in Barcelona, among which I would highlight GetApp, a SaaS solutions marketplace for SMEs, where I was responsible for maximizing digital content conversions in the period before its acquisition by Gartner.

In 2012, I founded my own company, which has served private companies and the public sector - both Spanish and European Union agencies. We are in a consortium with Airbus serving the European Space Agency (ESA).

I am an associate professor at EAE Business School in Go To Market Strategy, and a mentor at Endeavor Bulgaria.

I usually work on a project basis, to clarify strategies for entering new markets, creating new products, or general commercialization strategies, in sprints of approximately 3 to 15 days.

I speak English, Spanish, Bulgarian, Russian, and understand Catalan.
