As part of a small kitchen team, everyone has equal responsibility to keep the workspace clean and organized. The grill, cold side, and fryers are rotated every shift to keep everyone experienced in all fields of the kitchen. In the kitchen, I excelled at keeping a cool head during rush hours, maintaining a clean workspace throughout the night, and communicating with my team to ensure efficiency and quality.

As a bartender at Fosshotel Glacier Lagoon, I created a unique and excellent experience for the hotel's guests. Some of my responsibilities at the hotel involved maintaining a clean and presentable bar, coordinating with the restaurant regarding drinks, and creating excellent experiences. This job has taught me to work efficiently, multi-task in a busy environment, and be aware of not only my workstation but also the surrounding areas to maintain a clean and presentable workplace.

During my time with Belushi's and St. Christopher's Inns, I bartended in different sites across Europe. My main responsibilities were providing drinks for customers, such as pouring beers, creating cocktails and mixed drinks, and serving food. Additional tasks included leading shifts and closing the bar (alone or taking charge), training new employees, doing cash-ups at the end of the night, and supervising. This job taught me to work in fast-paced environments, take on extra responsibilities, and adapt to a customer's/guest's wishes.
