Personal project focused on supporting entrepreneurs and SMEs in validating their ideas and designing Minimum Viable Products (MVPs). In the role of Product Owner, I lead the conceptualization, strategic planning, and backlog prioritization, optimizing resources and ensuring agile, market-oriented execution.

Requirement gathering. Input data validation. Tracking of requested development. Testing of development.

Maintenance and supervision of software quality in each release. Contributed to establishing criteria for each milestone within the product roadmap as a means to measure incident resolution progress. Collected and organized incidents with maximum detail through regular on-site visits, meetings, and sessions with client managers for each application. Contributed to making the team more agile by applying Scrum and Kanban. Trained and oriented 3 new members, including performance reviews. Provided on-site IT technical support for 3 staff members and functional support for all team members.

Translated client objectives, feature concepts, and needs into use cases and product requirements. Maintained and supervised the quality controls required by the client for each software delivery. Collected detailed requirements and use cases through interactive sessions with client regulations.
