Following my work with EU Funds as an EU Relations Officer, since mid-year 2021 I was given an additional responsibility to work on the organic-waste project and manage budgeting for this project. With this task, I am responsible for ensuring that budgets are followed, while also bein responsible for liaising with with Local Councils (and since 2023, with Regional Councils). Since mid to late 2023 I have also been handling queries from WSM's line ministry regarding any upcoming EU Regulations and Directives which may affect the country's waste operations.

My role for my first two years at WasteServ was that of an EU Relations Officer where my responsibilities included acting as the administrator of two EU-funded projects in which WasteServ was participating; BlueIslands and COCOON. As the administrator of these projects, it was my responsibility to ensure that all project deliverables were reached and to liaise with other partners participating in these EU-funded projects with WasteServ.
