Context: Intervention within the European electricity exchange on two critical coupled market applications: Ariane (pre-coupling, pre-auction processes) and Lise (post-auction, post-coupling processes). Agile Scrum work, in coordination with Market Operations, IT Delivery, and project teams. Mission also related to the trading system migration to support the new quarter-hourly trading mechanisms required by European regulations.

Tasks: Business Analysis / Requirements Engineering: gathering, analysis, formalization, and prioritization of business needs (processes, market rules, regulatory requirements). Functional Specifications: drafting User Stories, business rules, data models, functional workflows for Ariane and Lise. Energy Market Process: optimization of pre-auction, pre-coupling, post-auction, and post-coupling flows; support for European Market Coupling mechanisms (Single Day-Ahead Coupling – SDAC). Regulatory Compliance: integration of impacts from European projects (15-min trading, product harmonization, capacity allocation, cross-border trading). Agile Delivery: continuous participation in backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily scrum, sprint review, close coordination with the Product Owner. Incident Management: analysis of functional incidents related to market processes; proposal of continuous fixes and improvements. Trading System Migration: impact analysis, adaptation of business rules, functional reconfigurations to support quarter-hourly trading. Stakeholder Management: regular coordination with Market Ops, IT teams, developers, QA, Business Owners, European regulators. Documentation: drafting functional documentation, process maps, operational guides.

Actively participate in the delivery of the QRM software application deployment. Actively resolve potential incidents caused by market risk management (MRM) process failures. Conduct business analyses on and participate in functional testing. Document MRM process flows and provide solutions for various related issues. Ensure all suggestions for improvements and solutions are validated by data. Optimize processes in a user-friendly manner to maximize customer and business value. Provide business process strategy, manage stakeholders, formulate product/service policy, and channel in accordance with external regulations, risk, and compliance policies. Understand end-to-end customer products, services, and processes and keep this knowledge up-to-date.

Tasks: Weekly reporting to the COO of LCH SA; Transversal work and close collaboration with LCH SA teams: IT, Operations, Finance, Business Lines; Analyze and document the existing functional and application architecture as well as the calculation needs for the different types of fees processed within LCH SA; Analyze and document incoming and outgoing interfaces; Analyze and document the roles and responsibilities of the different departments involved in managing the different types of fees within LCH SA; Define the target in terms of process, functional and application architecture, controls, roles, and responsibilities. Map the existing end-to-end process for managing the different types of fees; Map the related processes, controls, and roles and responsibilities; Define areas for improvement in terms of end-to-end processes for managing the different types of fees; Define the scope of the review mission; Track the mission with in-scope/out-of-scope elements; milestones; progress status;
