Initially part of a three-project manager team responsible for the implementation and migration of Microsoft Teams to 83,000 users across 53 entities worldwide within Sodexo.

Once successfully completed, managed the decommissioning of internal support infrastructure, reducing overall costs. Managed several other migrations and integrations of new acquisitions into the Sodexo M365 tenant, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange, Teams, etc.

Managed the successful migration of Exchange 2013 to Exchange 2019, with external partners, resulting in significant infrastructure cost savings.

Collaborated with all internal and external partners, security, identity, network, and collaboration for the successful deployment of Microsoft Teams Rooms devices. Developed work guides for industrialized deployment and administration.

Developed project management methodology using MS Project Online to improve resource and capacity planning across the organization by centralizing and standardizing the bidding and project execution process. Used PowerBI to provide project insights and dashboards with collaboration integration in Teams and SharePoint using Office 365.

Participated in the preparation and defense of bids on projects ranging from simple development projects to digital transformation.
