The GOSS (Gestion des Offres et Services Spécifiques) entity within Orange is responsible for connecting B2B customers on the private side. We offer support for various technologies such as FTTH, FTTO, 4G, and copper, among others.

We collaborate with service providers responsible for field interventions, guiding them to ensure a commitment to results.

As a PMO and business support, I play a crucial role in training new pilots and project managers. My goal is to help them master internal processes until they are fully autonomous.

Onboarding new employees: Welcoming and integrating new team members.

Business support: Continuous training and technical assistance to ensure skill development.

Creation of an Agile ritual - Kanban: Implementation and management of Agile practices to optimize workflow.

Project piloting: Management of key projects, particularly for clients like La Poste and Sephora.

Workshop facilitation: Conducting sessions on best practices and continuous improvement.

Responsible for the Automation file: Management and optimization of automation tools.

Project Piloting - La Poste: Managed a portfolio of 200 sites, ensuring coordination and monitoring of deployments.

Support and Training: Trained new employees and prepared support meetings for collaborators in France and overseas.

Facilitation of provider co-development meetings: Coordinated co-productivity meetings with providers and wrote minutes.

Referent Pilot for Provider Relations: Main point of contact for managing relationships with providers.

Inetum was in charge of CEA's TMMA. Within TMMA Grenoble, my role was to gather evolution requests, translate them into deliverables, and work in coordination with developers to evolve applications according to new user needs.

Active participation in Agile ceremonies

Facilitation of Functional Workshops: Facilitated workshops with stakeholders to understand the constraints of current IT solutions. Proposed effective IT solutions to meet business requirements.

Writing of Minutes, SFDs, and User Stories: Wrote detailed functional specifications (SFDs) and user stories to guide development and wrote meeting minutes.

Presentation of User Stories in Weekly Meeting:

Discussions around User Stories to gather feedback and adjust plans if necessary.
