For over twelve years, I have been supporting individuals with diverse profiles in their professional transitions. I have built this journey with passion and conviction, always placing people at the heart of the process. Trained in professional consulting at AFPA Paris 12th, I have had the opportunity to work in rich and diverse environments: within local authorities, in associations working for integration and training, at France Travail (formerly Pôle emploi), and in private outplacement firms. Each context has allowed me to enrich my practice, understand field challenges, and refine my methods. Over the years, I have supported a wide variety of audiences: young graduates seeking direction, employees retraining, long-term job seekers, RSA beneficiaries, seniors wishing to remain active, and aspiring entrepreneurs.
