I was an agent operational Anglophone for 3 years, our tasks is about annotation of images in Amazon mturk. Working there, we have to respect the deadlines given by the clients and also the requires skilla for the tasks.

I am still a Coach Quality for now. Our tasks is to train and to coach the Agent Operational Anglophone in their tasks. We also analyze the quality of the projects and the tasksvof the agents, their feedback data, where they made mistakes, and updates provided by the clients.
