About Mihai
I am a Senior Product Designer specialised in product contracts. Experienced in building out and owning design systems, leading design in agile teams, running testing and workshops, and shipping end-to-end products.
I've had the chance to take part in multiple web and app product launches across Fintech, Recruitment, Banking, ClimateTech, Web3 and AI. Throughout my career I've been involved in end-to-end processes for both web and native apps.
Most recently, I led design at Lovey — a peer-to-peer lending app — taking the product from zero to App Store launch. Before that, I was Founding Designer at ComplyStream, an AI-first RegTech startup, where I built the entire design ecosystem from scratch and shaped the design-first culture.
Previously, I spent 1 year+ at Monzo as a UI Design contractor on the Martech team, leading the creative refresh and design system for monzo.com. Before that, I worked in-agency at the London-based design studio For Different, and before that as a Junior Product Designer at Reed.
