Strategy, operations, and finance professional with 15+ years of experience advising corporates, investors, and management teams on value creation, performance improvement, and capital allocation across Europe, the US, and emerging markets. Expertise includes value-based strategy, operational optimization, supply chain and procurement, due diligence, complemented by hands-on entrepreneurial experience founding and scaling a health and nutrition start-up.

Pre MBA, I was a securities trader for couple years at an offshore hedge fund in Bucharest. Post MBA, moving from OSG to Efficio and further to SVM, I gained skills in translating strategic operational directions and ODD transactions related skills into implementable operational initiatives, focused both on:

- hands-on supply chain, with an accent on procurement and distribution

- value-aligned incentives, to match actual operations to value driving mindset and processes.

I therefore managed to integrate finance-related skills with operations strategy and implementation, all shaped in a value-based strategy, which I can use agnostically across industries, companies and issues. I am a (holistic) generalist, not a specialist.

Lately, I have been tinkering with the start-up world as well, so I do have a down-to-earth, work across the board, mindset, which I also think is a helpful skill to have at a generalist level. This is where I also got the most commercial/marketing experience from.
