• ▪ Simplified complex legacy EDI workflows during migration — redesigned Turkey-based consignment flows for country-specific legal compliance and converted JIT/JIS processes from SEQJIT IDoc to DELORD format — reducing SAP-side complexity and manual workload for business teams, while maintaining uninterrupted supply chain operations for automotive OEM customers throughout the transition.

• ▪ Maintained parallel platform operations throughout the 18-month migration window — managing new and existing mapping development, production monitoring and incident, change and problem management across both OpenText and Seeburger environments simultaneously — ensuring continuous order-to-cash and procure-to-pay operations for all trading partners with minimum service interruption.

• ▪ Acted as primary technical liaison across SAP Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, ABAP, Basis and infrastructure teams — translating business requirements into technical EDI solutions and coordinating cross-functional delivery to ensure all ERP connectivity was validated and production-ready on the new platform at cutover.

• ▪ Served as the primary EDI resource in the EDI landscape migration and reconfiguration for Delphi Technologies' OpenText/GXS environment into BorgWarner's integrated landscape — covering mapping migration, partner reconfiguration and SAP instance realignment across multiple plants — delivering harmonised EDI operations within the BorgWarner CoE standards while maintaining uninterrupted supply chain continuity throughout a complex merger transition.

• ▪ Configured and administered IBM Sterling Integrator for external warehouse integrations and internal consignment flows — including Turkey-based consignment setups requiring dedicated German warehouse infrastructure for EU legal compliance — built with ALE similar configuration inside Sterling Integrator,

resolving a cross-border legal constraint that had been a persistent operational risk in the legacy environment.

• ▪ Served as cross-platform EDI authority across SAP SD, MM, FI-CO, WM and PP, alongside external EDI service providers — resolving B2B incidents and integration failures that spanned multiple SAP instances, ensuring supply chain continuity during an operationally high-risk merger period where EDI failure directly impacted automotive production lines.

• ▪ Coordinated EDI harmonisation workstreams across mapping development, plant migrations to new SAP instances and SAP/OpenText configuration alignment to BorgWarner standards — delivering structured, documented migration of all inherited Delphi integration flows into a validated, auditable BorgWarner standard landscape.

• ▪ Audited, cloned and adapted 700+ trading partner mappings and 1,000+ configurations from the Aptiv parent environment into Delphi Technologies' OpenText SaaS platform — applying new business identifiers, naming conventions and validation rules across the entire portfolio — completing full landscape separation in under 18 months while progressively replacing two external EDI consultants who had previously been required to cover the same scope.

• ▪ Recertified 300+ customers and 300–500 suppliers across EDIFACT, VDA, ODETTE, ANSI X12, IDoc —

covering OEM and Aftermarket operations including 3PL, consignment and JIT/JIS sequencing flows —

rebuilding the complete trading partner ecosystem under the Delphi Technologies identity with all partner connections validated and operational post-carve-out.

• ▪ Contributed to cleansing of SAP ECC and OpenText environments of all legacy Aptiv data post-split —

ensuring full data integrity and compliance across EDI configurations — eliminating cross-contamination risk between the separated entities and establishing a clean, auditable Delphi Technologies-owned integration landscape.

• ▪ Configured IBM Sterling Integrator alongside OpenText for external warehouse integrations — building cross-reference maintenance and integration flows for mapping alignment between SAP and external message standards — enabling consistent data exchange across heterogeneous systems without requiring changes to trading partner connections.
