I am a passionate and professional financial consultant and freelance on issues related to financial management, financial risk management, startups pitch design and fundraising processes, wealth management and portfolio construction, CF0 “chief financial officer” & CRO “chief risk officer”, financial statements and accounting, tax filings and tax planning, macroeconomic analysis and perspectives, capital market services and other related fields in finances. My goals are to help my clients in optimizing their decision making in all financial aspects that they are exposed and thus contribute to value generation for companies adapted to their needs. I´ve a holistic view about companies & financial management that allows me the needed skills for optimizing decision marking for my clients, keeping in mind the generation of value for the shareholder at any time. In addition, I have a multidisciplinary vision in fields such as contract law, macroeconomics or public financial markets that allow me a better understanding of the economy environment in which companies operate and their challenges.
