I am a lawyer with over five years of experience providing comprehensive legal advice to startups, growing companies, and investment funds. My focus is on supporting companies in their strategic development, ensuring their legal structures are robust, efficient, and aligned with their growth objectives. I have worked closely with executive teams and boards of directors to design governance frameworks that promote transparency, sustainability, and informed decision-making in highly dynamic environments.

Currently, I am the Chief Legal Officer (CLO) at Vertical Partners, a venture capital investment fund with an agnostic investment thesis that primarily invests in early-stage startups worldwide. I am also the CLO of Vertical Labs, a Latin American startup accelerator located in Medellín, Colombia, where I support entrepreneurs in the legal structuring of their businesses and their preparation for scaling.

Additionally, I have experience as an independent lawyer, offering personalized services in commercial law, data protection, and new technologies. My work focuses on providing legal solutions tailored to the specific needs of each company and project.

My studies include a Master's Degree in Advocacy from the Universitat Oberta de Catalunya, and a double degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona.
