I often encounter companies that have Microsoft 365 but do not fully leverage the tools available to them, or companies that are unaware of the benefits of having Microsoft 365.

With the intention of helping companies facing these situations, I offer my services, specializing in continuous improvement of procedures and creating synergies between work teams/departments for efficient collaboration.

After analyzing the situation, I create a proposal with these three principles:

- Standardization: I strive to standardize procedures to establish a common ground where all involved parties clearly understand how to perform tasks.

- Automation: Procedures that do not add any value and are typically repetitive should be automated to free up time for more important matters.

- Visualization: Using KPIs and other important information, I create a dashboard to maintain control and the ability to make informed decisions at all times.
