I am Miguel Fornell, a senior developer with extensive experience in research and automotive.

I help manufacturers, Tier-1 suppliers, and ITS infrastructure operators maintain continuous compliance with UN R155, ISO/SAE 21434, NIS2, and the EU AI Act by integrating regulatory requirements directly into V2X platforms, embedded firmware, and critical architectures.

I don't just audit or document: I keep the CSMS and compliance evidence alive, traceable, and auditable throughout the product lifecycle.

My approach combines compliance and real engineering. I work directly on the systems that need to be secured and certified:

• V2X: LTE-V2X / NR-V2X, sidelink PC5

• High-precision GNSS: RTK, PPP, dual antenna, u-blox

• Embedded firmware in C/C++ on RTOS

• CAN-FD networks and AUTOSAR architectures

• Critical systems under ISO 26262 and IEC 61508

This allows me to translate regulatory requirements into defensible architectural decisions for audits and viable solutions for development teams.

Additionally, I participate in technical publications and research projects related to V2X, edge computing, cooperative ITS, and ETSI services for connected and automated driving.

I primarily work on a recurring advisory/retainer basis, integrating with technical teams as an observability, compliance, and regulatory continuity layer over deployed systems.
