Miguel Esteban Agustin

For years, I have been responsible for HR in digital transformation, training, development, talent, work environment, and employee experience in the Mediterranean area and subsequently at a national level in Telefónica Spain.

Due to my previous experience in the commercial area, I was a professor for the Marketing and Law Degree in the subject of Commercial Distribution at the European University of Valencia for two years.

My colleagues know me as a highly creative professional who can always be relied upon to come up with a new approach. But I know that the internal client's business comes first, and I never try to impose my ideas on others. Instead, I spend a lot of time understanding the business and the employees before suggesting ideas. I can work well alone, but I feel better when collaborating with others.

I have a Law degree from UNED and a Degree in Economics from the University of Valencia. In addition to various digital transformation programs at Telefónica in which I collaborated in their creation. I am very interested in topics related to Social Networks, Programming, App Design, and the multimedia world.

In recent years, I developed a National Dual Vocational Training Internship Plan at Telefónica for the Commercial Technicians cycle within the Alliance for Dual Vocational Training.
