I performed duties as a Level 1 and Level 2 Support Technician, responsible for resolving hardware, software, and systems incidents, ensuring business continuity and user support.

My main responsibilities included:

• On-site and remote technical support for resolving incidents in Windows and Linux operating systems.

• Configuration, cloning, and deployment of workstations and installation of corporate software.

• Diagnosis and resolution of local network, connectivity, and peripheral device incidents.

• Management of user accounts, permissions, and access in local systems.

Responsible for ensuring the availability, security, and scalability of the company's technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of critical operations in distributed environments.

• Comprehensive management of technological infrastructure in complex multi-site environments and high-demand logistics centers.

• Advanced administration of storage and critical servers, including RAID configuration design and storage array management in SAN/NAS environments.

• Implementation of corporate security policies, end-to-end data encryption, and proactive threat monitoring systems deployment.

• Automation and optimization of operational processes and recurring workflows through advanced integrations with n8n and Artificial Intelligence tools.

• High-level specialized technical support (N2/N3), ensuring agile resolution of complex incidents and maximizing system availability (SLA).
