I led a team of 12 people, training them to be part of the department and to act as AI Engineers in the different projects and clients of Softtek.

I developed and maintained a backend that integrated Gemini for the development of an RAG system with FastApi, LangChain, postgresql, and vertex ai vector search. I did testing with pytest for unit tests. Version control with Git along with GitLab. I used hexagonal architecture, specifically mentioning ports & adapters, which allowed us to integrate different models and memory management for message history. Agile methodologies (SAFe 6) with Jira. I trained the team and provided support so they could learn to develop correctly on the used architecture. I implemented AI Engineering methodologies and trained the team in them to improve the productivity of each member.

I architected part of the technical implementation of the current Asisa app in Flutter 3 and riverpod, using clean architecture.

I did testing with flutter_test and mockito for unit tests.

Internationalization with gen-l10n.
