During my professional experience in the finance department of a cluster comprising two hotels in Madrid, I was responsible for the joint supervision and analysis of the financial results of both establishments. This included the preparation of annual budgets, monthly monitoring of financial KPIs (such as RevPAR, GOP, EBITDA, and net margin), and analysis of deviations against forecasts.

I worked cross-functionally with the operations, sales, and human resources departments to identify opportunities for improvement in efficiency and profitability. One of the main achievements was the implementation of synergies between the two hotels, such as the centralization of purchases and certain administrative services, which led to a significant reduction in operating costs.

Furthermore, I actively participated in the preparation of reports for management and in strategic decision-making, such as investment planning and cash flow control. This experience allowed me to acquire a comprehensive vision of hotel financial management, especially in collaborative environments like a cluster.
