I was responsible for developing the project plan proposed by Board.Result:Our proposal was chosen by UEFA to revamp the old application, winning the tender.My responsibilities:Work closely with the Subject Matter Experts, owners of the application to be revamped, to determine and prioritize project objectives and propose a plan.Our approach was systematic:
