Responsibilities:

Complete Submittals Cycle: Autonomous management of the technical document approval workflow, from initial review of manufacturer specifications to final validation by the supervising architect/engineer.

Quality Control and Compliance: Rigorous verification that each proposed material and equipment strictly complies with local regulations, building codes, and contract technical specifications.

Multidisciplinary Coordination (BIM/CAD): Supervision and detection of interferences between architectural, structural, and MEP disciplines, ensuring shop drawings are constructible on-site.

RFIs (Request for Information) Management: Proactive resolution of design ambiguities by drafting and tracking technical inquiries, minimizing construction delays and cost overruns.

Materials Logistics and Schedules: Monitoring review and approval times to ensure the critical material supply chain does not affect the project's critical path.

As-Built Documentation: Supervision of the update of drawings according to site conditions, ensuring project closure accurately reflects what was built for final client delivery.

Bilingual Communication with Suppliers: Direct liaison with international manufacturers and local site teams, accurately managing technical data sheets in English and Spanish with precise terminology.
