Microsoft 365 Management: I am responsible for configuring and managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams, etc. I ensure these services are available, secure, and aligned with our organization's needs.

Azure Administration: I am also responsible for managing Azure services, which involves configuring cloud resources, monitoring performance, managing costs, and implementing security best practices.

Active Directory Synchronization: One of my main tasks is to configure and manage the synchronization between our on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory (AAD). This ensures that user identities and access are seamlessly synchronized between our on-premises and cloud environments.

Security and Compliance: I implement robust security policies to protect our company's sensitive data and ensure our compliance with current regulations such as GDPR, HIPAA, etc.

Troubleshooting and Support: In case of technical issues, I am responsible for diagnosing and resolving problems quickly to minimize service interruptions and ensure business continuity.

Automation: I often use automation tools such as PowerShell to automate recurring tasks and improve our operational efficiency.

In summary, my role is to create, manage, and secure hybrid cloud environments for our organization, ensuring that our cloud and on-premises services function seamlessly and securely to meet our operational needs.
