Mickael Vinauger

For over 20 years, I have been working within the Maury Imprimeur group, a benchmark in the French graphic industry. My career has allowed me to develop in-depth expertise in managing critical IT infrastructures subjected to high demands of just-in-time production.

On a daily basis, I ensure the administration, operational maintenance, and security of the group's systems and networks. As a specialist in Microsoft and Cloud environments, I have notably led the deployment, migration, and advanced security of our collaborative environments (Microsoft 365, identity architectures, DNS compliance with SPF/DKIM/DMARC). As guarantor of our data resilience, I have also implemented and administered industrial backup strategies and disaster recovery plans (DRP).

To meet the industry's productivity requirements, I have made automation one of my specialties. I design and develop custom scripting solutions (PowerShell, Bash) to industrialize redundant administration tasks, orchestrate mass deployments, and optimize data flows between our various servers.

On the network and security front, I manage the architecture and administration of our inter-site network (WAN) to connect our different entities smoothly and efficiently. My expertise includes advanced configuration of Cisco routers/switches, Wi-Fi deployment, as well as securing our access and perimeters through Fortinet firewalls. Finally, my role includes the management and standardization of our IT cabinets and patch panels.

These two decades at Maury Imprimeur have taught me to manage emergencies, intervene on production systems without service interruption (particularly during on-call duty and off-hours interventions), and deliver rigorously documented work.

I ensured the operational maintenance, upkeep, and security of the group's systems and networks. Across the IT park, I manage the software and hardware maintenance of heterogeneous environments (servers and workstations running Windows, Linux, and macOS). As an expert in Microsoft technologies, I oversee the day-to-day administration of Active Directory (GPO), virtualization under Hyper-V, and our collaborative environments (Microsoft 365, DNS compliance with SPF/DKIM/DMARC).

To ensure smooth and secure access to company resources, I administer our application publishing and workstation virtualization solutions via RemoteApp. Implemented precise park monitoring based on the GLPI and FusionInventory combination.
