Mickael Papillon

N2 IT Technician with over 15 years of experience, I possess solid expertise in user support, systems administration, and IT environment management in demanding contexts. Holder of a BAC Professionnel MRIM and a BTS Informatique de Gestion (network option – level), I have worked within large organizations such as Société Générale, Dalkia, ESI Group, and OFI Asset Management.

Throughout my career, I have provided Level 1 and 2 support for workstations, printers, and peripherals, while also working in complex environments including VIP users and trading rooms. I have participated in numerous migration projects (Windows, O365, VDI, SCCM, Autopilot) and I am proficient in managing Windows and Linux servers, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V, Proxmox), as well as datacenter backup and NAS management.

With good analytical skills, adaptability, and excellent interpersonal skills, I am comfortable working in a team as well as supporting users, including internationally.
