Main mission: Manage the planning of Norwegian choirs' stays from A to Z – Record and manage all projects using the specific software (Tourplan), ensure that accommodation and services are in line with the program and budget, develop programs. – Participate in resolving problems encountered by groups before and during their stay (presence at two events, accompanying a group) manage unforeseen events and last-minute changes, participate in discovering new sites. Assist project managers in organizing events and incentive groups: – Estimate costs and propose ideas for incentives (motivation programs) and events. – Participate in the development of databases, promotional content, development of a newsletter, report following a familiarization trip.
