I am developing my business within my company, Valorize, focusing on advanced expertise in financial strategy, transactional analysis, and executive support. My work covers all of a company's financial needs, from operational valuation to prospective modeling and daily management.

I am involved in financial due diligence, multi-criteria valuations, and supporting external growth, restructuring, or divestment operations. I also manage shareholder dispute situations, design appropriate legal and tax structures, and optimize structures during acquisition or transfer operations. A significant part of my activity involves preparing comprehensive financing files for banks, including business plans and projections. Each year, I conduct between ten and fifteen contractual audits, primarily in the audiovisual sector, using a rigorous methodology based on financial analysis and a thorough review of agreements.

I also engage in management control, producing reports and dashboards for rigorous monitoring of margins and performance.

Finally, I assist executives and private clients with wealth and tax structuring, compensation management, asset organization, including international assets, and the analysis of complex financial situations.

- Financial due diligence (vendor): structuring sales projects for high-growth SMEs (multi-sector),

- Acquisition audits: audits for client acquisition of another company: audit of various cycles, risk analysis, and opinion on the impact of KPIs on target valuation,

- Financial valuations: firm's reference for all client valuations (multi-criteria: asset-based, comparable companies, KPI multiples, hybrid),

- Financial strategies for buyouts or mergers: deals concluded between two major audiovisual groups on a buyout operation.

- Partial asset contributions: public and private companies, drafting contribution agreements and implementing financial operations,

- Financing support: project presentation for financing (banks or investors): private and non-profit model.

- Outsourced Financial Controller / CFO: outsourced CFO mission: transition management of an SME with €10M turnover.

o Accounting expertise and FP&A support: full accounting and tax management up to the balance sheet and financial statements for 30 clients, preparation of periodic reports (management and treasury), dashboards linked to P&L analysis and adjustments, and margin analysis.

o Statutory audit: legal and contractual audits, physical inventories, contribution and transformation audits.

- Construction, production, and analysis of French and international reports for the Executive Committee and operational departments. Support for the group's decision-making.

- Monitoring and analysis of financial indicators for the group's various hotels and subsidiaries.

- Management of several projects:

of hotels to forecast

*Modeling and implementation of financial data from various subsidiaries

into existing reports.
