- LydiaFull-stack DeveloperTECHJune 2017 - July 2018 (1 year and 1 month)Île-de-France, FranceInitially at Lydia, I worked on the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Indeed, certain identity documents are required if a user wants to verify their account (to send/receive a certain amount of money, for example). Once uploaded, these documents must be validated or not.My role was to create an internal tool for quick document validation by our agents.Secondly, I worked on the internationalization of Lydia. Indeed, I had to integrate an external API (CurrencyCloud) to allow our UK users to make transfers.I then developed several features of the application in collaboration with mobile developers and the UX designer, through the creation/modification of services. The first was the ability for users to create recurring transactions. To be able to pay or request money from someone on a regular interval (rent, Spotify/Netflix subscription...).The second was the redesign of the forgotten password system. Indeed, security being a paramount issue at Lydia, we needed a complete process. We therefore worked on a facial recognition API in collaboration with mobile developers. My time at Lydia concluded with a project to offer 3x interest-free payments for our professional clients. This was very interesting, as it touched the very core of Lydia's business (payments, APIs, professional back office).Furthermore, it allowed me to reuse the recurring transactions I had worked on previously. Other tasks were entrusted to me:- Improvement of the website (HTML5 / CSS3 / Javascript / jQuery)- Improvement of scripts for daily transfers.- Writing specification documents for these various projects.
