Within a team of 7 people responsible for the application for merchants accepting meal vouchers in an international context, I act as lead developer and my role is as follows:

- Define and guarantee development best practices (quality, security, performance).

- Ensure code quality (reviews, documentation, tests, pair programming)

- Design & Delivery

- Collaborate with PO/PMs to translate business needs into robust and scalable solutions.

- Actively participate in various Agile instances

- Continuous improvement

- Be responsible for the quality of service of the tools in the scope (monitoring, security)

Within a team of 6 people responsible for company and business growth, I participate in the development of new features as well as the production support of several applications.

I also participate in the new project allowing sales representatives to manage their prospecting and business follow-up.

- Development of new features, application maintenance, and production support

I also participate in Younited's new project aiming to offer e-merchants a fee-free payment method that is easily integrable.
