Long mission focused on three areas: supporting the team on existing projects, designing a new large-scale project, and refactoring the server infrastructure.

The first part of the mission was dedicated to supporting the team on existing projects, mainly custom software and mobile applications. Full-stack development on Ionic/Angular for the front-end and PHP/Symfony for the back-end (REST API, evolutionary and corrective maintenance). Developer-oriented profile.

Secondly, it involved designing a management software for public sector engineering services, intended to be deployed for N clients. We architected this project into two components: a reusable and customizable Symfony bundle exposing the API (API Platform, permissions system, project-specific configuration), and a customizable npm module in React/TypeScript (reusable components, client-specific theming). This architectural choice allows for sharing the core while leaving each client's deployment free to manage its specificities. Lead dev-oriented profile: technical choices, code structuring, and team supervision.

The third part focused on restructuring the server infrastructure: containerization with Docker, setting up continuous deployment via GitLab CI/CD, then progressively migrating existing projects to this new infrastructure.

All of this was done using agile methodology, with daily use of Jira, Figma, and Confluence.

Development of several features for a mobile application intended for firefighters. This application aims to centralize the various services used in barracks (availability management, scheduling, internal communication) within a single tool. Work directly with feedback from field users to refine ergonomics and features. The application is currently in the testing phase in several departments, in partnership with each CODIS.

Creation of a mobile marketplace for booking vehicle washing services.

The mission involved designing the REST API with Symfony, documenting it (for the mobile team), and developing the platform's administration back office in ReactJS.

Everything is interfaced with Stripe to manage service providers, their clients, products, invoices, and discounts: payments, payouts to providers, and automated invoicing.
