A congress for specialized physiotherapists that was to be held in April and postponed to mid-September 2020.

To cope with Covid constraints and to support the organization in its first congress, I performed the following tasks:
> Search for a "virtual trade show" provider, from selection to budget negotiation and organizational support.
Objective: to make the Congress Hybrid and thus allow the 50% of visitors who could not come physically but also attract physiotherapists who would not have registered because places were limited. To have a "replay" option for workshops and conferences that could be accessible (paid) after the Congress.
Result: x3 registrations compared to a "purely" in-person trade show

> Search and coordination up to the setup of a signage provider.
Objective: to make the Congress presentation more professional and impact the "visual" visit of physiotherapists
Result: the very professional aspect for a first event was fully achieved

> Search for a provider for the official trade show bag
Objective: a "simple but beautiful" (and eco-responsible) bag for use during the congress but also during training sessions
Result: a highly praised bag and an upcoming order for other events or training sessions

This first collaboration will lead to others with them but also with the various partners involved in this field
