I have mainly worked with associations and local authorities for 20 years on services and structures dedicated to children, youth, sports, leisure, and animation.
I started as an Animator, Coach, and Sports Educator, then I moved into roles as Director of Collective Childcare Facilities and Trainer, and finally I was a Service Manager for nearly 10 years.
I founded the MB Consulting firm in 2017 to develop an activity that corresponds to my values and needs. I enjoy working with individuals or business leaders to help them solve their problems. I work a lot on emotional intelligence and work-life balance.
My knowledge of different audiences naturally led me to Professional Coaching. I am a certified coach by the National Register of Professional Certifications (RNCP).
Today, I want to leverage all these skills and this experience with individuals and organizations to help them in their development and change process.
