Complete management of the Crédit Agricole Normandie-Seine website with a central role in the continuous improvement of digital performance. UX, SEO, and technical audits were conducted to identify friction points, optimize customer journeys (appointment booking, simulators, Client Area access), and improve site speed, structure, and accessibility. Implementation of operational recommendations: content and tag optimization, internal linking restructuring, loading time improvements, script cleanup, and front-end optimization (lazy-loading, compression, minification). Detailed performance monitoring via Piano Analytics, with precise management of data quality and tag triggering using Tag Commander. Close collaboration with Marketing and Communication teams to design and improve need-universe pages (Individual, Professional, Young, Retired, Insurance, etc.), with a focus on deeply understanding user needs, expectations, and search intentions. Development of a prioritized action plan to guide site evolution and ensure a smoother, more consistent, and higher-performing user experience on both desktop and mobile.

Development of an internal application for storing, managing, and consulting data on bacterial strains. Design of the architecture, creation of the user interface, and implementation of key functionalities in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, PHP, and the CakePHP framework, to provide a reliable, structured, and easily usable tool for scientific teams.
