Functionally responsible for a team of 3 people (+ 2 external contractors), I co-build and lead the data vision in support of the digital director for a large national association (~190 employees, about ten offices in mainland France and overseas departments and regions).

I set up and maintained a data platform that serves the monitoring and reporting needs of the entire organization (15/20 dashboards, 30+ internal and external reports, 10+ ad hoc studies/year).

In 2022/2023, I led the migration of our web analytics to Matomo with a strict RGPD-compliant approach and introduced our first uses of automation tools with n8n and Brevo.

In 2023/2024, the team ramped up on building a common data repository, consolidating the Data Platform, and integrating new data (CRM, Mailing, Satisfaction, Impact Studies...). This led to a strengthened tool for the Product and Marketing teams to improve registration forms and Ad campaigns.

2024/2025 was the year of the first concrete innovation projects, with the creation of POCs leveraging artificial intelligence, the design of internal products, and the development of advanced scoring models using classic Machine Learning algorithms. I also initiated the first components of the Data Governance strategy and the tooling for monitoring the costs and performance of our Data tools:

On this occasion, I was able to bring in a specialist on the subject who confirmed that the budget spent was fully aligned with the company's needs and the value delivered.

Currently, I focus more on topics related to the enhancement or exploitation of company data or Open Data. Recognized by my peers as an excellent developer, I practice regularly and understand current challenges, but the only assignments I accept concern specific expertise and/or software architecture.
