Employed at Logirep (Polylogis Group) in Sevran since October 2024, I work in a particularly sensitive and highly politicized area, requiring close coordination with institutional stakeholders, local authorities, and associative partners.

My main mission is to manage rental and property management activities in a context of significant social challenges, while ensuring continuous skill development for the existing team. As the sector has historically been understaffed, recruiting and retaining talent is a constant challenge that I tackle head-on to ensure service continuity.

I also oversee the technical monitoring of all properties, including a major rehabilitation of 8 R+15 towers, with significant budgetary, logistical, and human challenges. I ensure rigorous budget adherence, incident management, service provider management, and construction site coordination.
