Occasional interventions on a bed & breakfast's social media to increase its online visibility and generate more bookings.

Using raw content provided by the client (photos, videos), I create engaging formats, particularly Reels optimized for Instagram and Facebook.

For six years, I managed a garden center / pet store in its entirety, with both a strategic and operational vision:

- Communication management, including social media and commercial animation.

This hands-on experience allowed me to gain in-depth knowledge of the pet sector (companion animals, food, accessories, regulations) as well as the plant sector, with a fine mastery of seasonality issues, sales cycles, and customer behavior.

Today, I have chosen to put this business expertise at the service of my clients as a Freelance Community Manager, specializing in the pet and plant universes.
