Convinced that the search for Meaning will lead organizations to become more resilient and more efficient, while being more respectful of Humans, I founded CollectiveO to help them identify and implement their Purpose while respecting their own pace.

A passionate actor in the organizational paradigm shift we are currently experiencing towards the Opal stage, I try at my scale, for example via blog.collectiveo.net, to popularize the concepts, values, methods, tools and conditions for the emergence of Collective Intelligence ecosystems.

I use approaches such as Agility, CoDevelopment, Design Thinking, Nonviolent Communication, Emotional Intelligence and Neuroscience, Systemic Coaching, Transactional Analysis to help organizations and people progress in their journey.

I can adopt the posture of Facilitator to help your teams conduct a reflection and produce a result in Collective Intelligence. In addition, I also take the posture of Coach to make organizations, teams, people aware of their points of blockage and help them formulate and implement their own solutions.
