Context:As part of the transformation of Airbus Helicopters' global logistics strategy, I was in charge of theSparesproject, which involved transforming the Marignane site to accommodate German Parts and implementing an AOG cell in Albacete.

Transformation of the Marignane site layout to handle 80% additional flow

Study of necessary investments and optimization of future operational times (Budget €5M)

Analysis of German SAP processes to perform gap analysis and manage the transformations required to ensure compliance after transfer.

Proposal of the most relevant innovations to implement:

Machine Learning for load/capacity analysis in a warehouse

Computer Vision for calculating inventory, flows, and operational times.

Addition of conveyors to reduce non-value-added activities in the receiving process.

Setup and training of an AOG Cell in Albacete (4 people)

Management of planning, budgets, and risk analysis and mitigation.

In a critical context of implementing a new international logistics platform for Airbus, I successfully managed a complex SAP eWM project, demonstrating sharp expertise in IT project management and supply chain optimization.

Key Achievements:

-Team Leadership:Agile management of a team of 4 WM/eWM experts, orchestrating the translation of business needs into precise functional specifications.

-Strategic Analysis:In-depth evaluation of the financial and operational impacts of choosing different eWM functionalities, enabling informed decision-making and risk anticipation.

-Budget Management:Development and validation of an annual budget of €600k, including the preparation of change proposals for optimized billing.

-Multi-stakeholder Coordination:Effective interface between the client (Airbus), the integrator (IBM), and internal teams (Spanish, German, and French), ensuring smooth communication and constant alignment of objectives.

-UAT/Testing Preparation:Management of all client needs definition workshops, ensuring optimal preparation for User Acceptance Tests.

Results:

- Implementation of a SAP eWM solution perfectly tailored to the specific needs of the logistics operator within a cutting-edge aeronautical logistics platform.

- Project handover with all indicators green before UAT, demonstrating exemplary project management.

- Significant optimization of logistics processes, contributing to the improvement of overall supply chain performance.
