At Msign Agency I worked as a strategic communication and branding specialist, leading comprehensive projects to position personal and institutional brands in digital and traditional environments. My role ranged from designing communication strategies to implementing creative campaigns focused on measurable results.

I was responsible for conceptualizing and executing positioning campaigns, managing social networks, developing persuasive content and directing mentoring sessions with entrepreneurs and leaders who sought to build an authentic and coherent brand. In addition, I worked closely with designers, copywriters and technical teams to ensure that each delivery reflected the values ​​and objectives of each client.

One of my greatest contributions was the creation of personalized methodologies for building brands with purpose, combining storytelling tools, neurocommunication and strategic analysis. I also promoted innovative services such as brand audits, visual identity creation and design of automated funnels for sales and lead capture.

My work at Msign not only contributed to the growth of various clients, but also allowed me to consolidate my vision as a mentor and strategist, guiding dozens of entrepreneurs to connect with their essence, increase their visibility and generate a real impact with their brand.

At the National Transplant Coordination Institute (INCORT) I led and contributed to the communication and visibility strategy with a focus on education and changing citizen culture about organ donation. One of my greatest achievements was the team creation, conceptualization and execution of the campaign “The Most Important Yes in Life”, a national initiative that managed to touch the conscience of thousands of Dominicans regarding the importance of saying “yes” to donation.

This campaign used a powerful and close narrative to raise awareness among the population, through real testimonies, audiovisual pieces, educational content on social networks, public activations and institutional materials distributed nationwide. Under my coordination, the visual identity of the campaign, its central slogan, key messages and media plan were developed, achieving high media and social impact.

In addition, I directed and executed the entire redesign of the INCORT website, modernizing its institutional image and facilitating access to reliable information about the donation process. Thanks to this work, INCORT strengthened its public presence, and “The Most Important Yes in Life” was recognized as one of the best campaigns in the health sector in 2023.
