Michelle Boyle an experienced customer insights professional (over 25 years this year!). I am passionate about using multiple methodologies to meet clients' research objectives. I'm skilled in both qualitative (Depth interviewing, focus groups and closeness programs internally with clients), I also conduct many quantitative studies for clients. For some it may be a simple online survey and analysis, I also work with clients and conduct research across multiple countries in the customers native language. Experienced in all stages of the research from survey design and project management to data analysis and reporting writing and presentation to clients.

I deliver actionable insights to clients, not research results. I work with clients to drive business change, often facilitating insight activation workshops and brainstorming sessions with clients post the research and supporting them in any further strategy development. I'm creative in my approach both in meeting the research objectives and immersing the client audiences in the research findings and actions.

Available to support on an ad hoc basis or short contracts. I typically take on an individual project and look after it from end to end or support a team for a period of a few weeks or months, but can also take on charting, proposals, project management or support with holiday or parental cover
