Michella a de l'expérience et ça se ressent.
Elle a compris nos enjeux très rapidement. Elle a une capacité d'adaption remarquable qui lui a permis de nous apporter de la valeur ajoutée dès son arrivée.
Michella a un champ de compétences large en Product Management et peut facilement gérer un produit de bout en bout : de l'aspect business à la conception, des actions data-driven à la gestion et motivation des équipes techniques... Ceci lui permet d'être 100% autonome sur son Produit.
Elle alterne rapidement entre prise de recul et efficacité opérationnelle. Elle est très bonne communicante qui sait synthétiser, rassurer et piloter à l'oral et à l'écrit. En plus, elle a toujours le sourire.
