Implement within the Rail Operational Directorate the operational maintenance of equipment, integrating European structural reforms in the railway sector (third and fourth railway packages).

- Implementation of the SVB 800 high-speed train support system according to the SLI approach,

- Testing and reliability of the SVB 800 high-speed train performance.

- Responsible for contract relations with the manufacturer Framafer/ Plasser&Theurer

Mission: Technical Support

• Management of a fleet of 700 vehicles: formalization and implementation of processes: purchase, sale (including via the Internet), transfers between subsidiaries, etc.

• Studies for the transformation and initial sizing of Bus Operational Centers for the transition to Gas (NGV) and electric power.

• Technical support for teams responsible for responding to Île de France Mobilité tenders.

• Maintenance optimization:

- Identification of user needs and change management for the reliability of the CMMS, implementation of monitoring through oil analysis to improve cost tracking.

- Management of contracts related to hybrid bus maintenance, infrastructure maintenance.

• Change management in the context of the fight against COVID 19.

• Staff training on vehicle disinfection.
