Michel Eymard

With a background as a general engineer (A&M) and business management (ESSEC & HEC), I have spent most of my career in the aeronautics and space sector. I have held various positions as an engineer (composite materials, structures, rocket engines, avionics, etc.), project manager (launcher stages, propulsion systems, etc.), program director (ARIANE 5, Soyuz, etc.), director of launchers (300 people, €600-800 million/year), and group technical director (15,000 people, €2 billion/year). I have led several reorganizations, M&A activities, and strategic changes, and developed my expertise in two key areas: 'project management and innovation' and the evolution of manager profiles. My professional activity in high-tech fields has led me to develop skills in managing major crises (e.g., launcher failure). Having worked with all European countries as well as the United States, Japan, and Russia, I have gained in-depth knowledge of international cultures.
