My background is unconventional. I started my career as an equine surgeon, operating on horses day and night, 7 days a week. When an emergency arose, I had to keep a cool head and make the right decisions. This taught me to perform under pressure and developed my analytical skills, enabling me to make quick decisions. After a career change, I started my own business to support clients with consulting, recruitment, market research, and multilingual communication assignments. To further develop my managerial skills, I completed this path with an MBA.
