I am a finance professional with experience in the highest fee generating teams on Wall Street, including Goldman Sachs TMT and Deutsche Bank Global Industrials. I have advised founders, investors and high growth companies on multi billion dollar M&A transactions, complex financings and strategic decisions where precision, speed and clear communication are essential.

My core work focuses on helping companies strengthen their financial position, prepare for major transactions and communicate their story to investors.

M&A and corporate development: I assist with market mapping, valuation work, buy-side and sell-side preparation and process execution in fast moving or competitive environments.
